RockMapper is the world’s first software for digital face mapping and documentation without using paper. It produces 3D wall maps using the iPad Pro device scanner and is based on the iOS operating system. After taking the wall maps and interpreting them, the information is processed into a report.

In other words, image processing (interpretation) and sampling of detailed legends are added to the wall mappings. The processed data is imported into a geological and resource 3D modeling program to determine the actual shape and size of the ore body, and the wall is scanned with RockMapper to reduce geotechnical risks and improve ore yield to create 3D point bodies.

When making a geographic connection, a surveyor's pre-measured hardpoint is prepared as a .csv file and installed in the program. RockMapper can be used to correct discrepancies in results due to the lengthy and outdated processing that used to be done by hand on paper. These advantages are worth saving time and reducing costs.
